A break after processing a lunch of cold cuts. To the left, the can opening line is in operation. The cold cuts were packed in CAMBROs along with some ice. Typically there were perhaps 10 people opening boxes, moving packages to the tables, opening the individual packs, measuring out the meat and/or cheese servings, and packing them into the CAMBROs. Took an hour to hour and a half.
