A view of the interior of the cook trailer showing two of the three convection ovens. It's 0430 and Mary is making gallons of coffee for the breakfast line, one pot at a time. (There is also an 80 cup coffee maker running, but it takes an hour to make its pot.) The ovens will be used for bacon, sausage, biscuits and (later) salisbury steaks and baked beans.
